Dedicated LD T-1, DS3, OC3, OC12, OC24 – We locally configure, quote and implement dedicated voice services of all sizes and capacities.  We offer these dedicated services from all major carriers to provide your company with the best quality and pricing for your location.  All carriers do not provide services in every area but our automated configuration tools help us provide you with instant quotes on every option available in your current or new location.  Long Distance rates on these circuits are the best available in the industry with many options for less than one cent per minute.  We provide many types of billing formats (see LD rates structures).

Our design engineers will custom configure these dedicated circuits to your calling patterns.  The custom design takes into consideration your company’s calling patterns, cost of the circuits, and the total traffic on your systems.  We take the pain out of your design and implementation.  Our automated tools take minutes not weeks to configure your service and offer you your choice of many different options.  We help you balance price with local reliability.  All of our circuits are locally installed and serviced and you have one 800 number to call for all services.

Local Services T-1 or PRI – These are the traditional T-1 or PRI circuits for both local calling as well as long distance.  These services are not available in all areas but our automated quote tools can provide availability, configuration, and pricing instantly.

There are three components to pricing these circuits.  The first is installation which is waived in almost all cases.  The second is the monthly circuit cost and we are able to quote multiple major carriers to provide the most competitive pricing at your location.  The third is the local and long distance rates for the circuits.  If you are located in an area where local calling is included as a “flat rate” with your monthly amount – we probably have the same type plan available.  In areas where local calls are billed by the minute – we have both set amounts of calling as well as flat rate billing.  We give your company the option to select the best configurations for your business.  The long distance rates associated with most of these services are comparable to our dedicated LD rates and in most cases we can provide LD rates that are less than one cent per minute.

Local Services Integrated T-1 – This service also is not available in all areas but we can quickly determine if your business location qualifies.  These are highly flexible voice and data circuits that have a preset number of voice channels and the balance of the T-1 bandwidth is available for Internet access.  You and your company determine the number of voice channels that range from four to twelve and the remaining bandwidth is available.  As a rule, each voice channel subtracts 64k of bandwidth from the standard 1.5 megs on the T-1.

Voice Over IP (VoIP) both SIP Trunking and Hosted Services – We have multiple VoIP services available but we primarily specialize in SIP Trunking because this service eliminates many of the complications of traditional VoIP but still allows local savings.

Our SIP Trunking services work with any legacy PBX or Hybrid telephone system and they are also compatible with the newest IP PBX platforms.  Our offerings become cost effective at four analog trunks and will scale to any size your company needs.  All of the services include unlimited domestic long distance in the continental United States plus Alaska and Hawaii and will support almost all of the newest server based features for you communication needs.

Internet Data T-1, DS3, OC3, OC12 and up to an OC192 – These service offerings are the traditional “large data pipe” circuits from all of the major carriers.  These also are dependant on the location of your business but in most areas we have AT&T, Qwest, and Verizon plus many other offerings.

We provide you with all of the carrier options for your location and configure them based upon your needs.  Each of these circuits can be configured and priced instantly though our automated tools.

There are two components to the pricing of each data circuit – the local loop and the port.  The local loop varies with the location and the carrier while the port price is consistent with the carrier no matter what the location.  The variable for the port is simply the amount of bandwidth your company needs.

Data Networking and Bandwidth - MPLS, VPN, VPLS – These service offerings combine our Internet data services with managed network services to design and configure custom network formats.

The cost and configuration of these networks vary with the carrier and the actual location of your company’s multiple offices.  The geographic diversity and number of multiple offices will also determine the carrier and pricing.

Voice Consolidation – Local business Lines and Services - We have services from six major consolidators that allow your company to keep the exact same business line configurations but with more features and a substantially lower cost.

Conversion is 100% transparent to your employees and systems and takes less than a week to convert.  Central electronic billing is available for multiple locations and there is a single 800 for all billing, services, and new configuration needs.
