Contracts

What if our company has an existing contract?

We do not advise clients to break contracts unless the cancellation penalties are offset by the savings generated.  Many contract terminations can be negotiated and we can help with that.  Call us.

Can you help our company analyze our existing contracts?

Yes we can.  We have contract negotitators that not only read and analyze your contracts but also provide constructive advice on how to deal with them.

Is a longer contract with lower price best?

It depends.  The lower price must more than justify a longer agreement and most carriers do not provide these incentives.  Our consultants can help you do the calculations with our analysis tools.

What is the length of the contract for services?

Most of our agreements are 1, 2, or 3 years contracts.  Most all of our carriers will waive all installation fees with at least a two year agreement.

Implementation

Can I keep my existing local and 800 numbers?

If the bills are in your company name and you do not have hosted services, you will almost always be able to move and keep the numbers.  We will handle all of the paperwork and coordination.

How long does it take to install our new services?

Every geographic location differs but most services average between 30 and 45 days.  Our consultants can give you accurate information along with configurations and pricing from our instant quoting system.

Who does the implementation coordination?

We do.  We understand that most companies don’t have communication or data experts on staff so guide your company through the process.

Who are the major carriers you represent?

We represent all of the major carriers including AT&T, Qwest, Verizon, XO, Paetec, McLeod and many others.

How can you offer services from all the major carriers?

We are wholesale providers with almost 4,000 resellers nationwide.  Our buying power allows us to negotiate agreements with all carriers across the country.

Who coordinates our changeover and installation?

We do.  Once the agreements and technical specifications are completed – we tale it from there.  Your service and facilities will remain transparent from implementation to changeover.

Can I get new numbers from your company?

Yes – we are a full service wholesale provider.  Not only can you keep and transfer most existing numbers, we can also provide new local and 800 numbers for your services.

Quality

How do I know your services work as well as what we have today?

We change nothing except the circuit.  All services (with the exception of VoIP services) use the same type copper circuits and include local service and installation.

How do we test for voice quality?

The best test is the human ear.  Our circuits perform and function as well or better than the circuits and services your company currently uses.  Many times we keep the same carrier – so the only thing that changes is what your company pays for service.

Which is better - traditional services or VoIP?

It is 100% dependant on your individual company configurations.  As a rule, VoIP is used to save money or add additional features for companies with remote offices.  Our traditional services are so cost effective that you may have no need for VoIP.

What is the difference between traditional services and VoIP?

Traditional services use the same type circuits and wiring to deliver services to your office.  VoIP utilizes a data format and typically comes over the Internet.

What equipment do we need to support VoIP?

It depends completely on the VoIP services your company selects.  Many of our offerings come with all of the equipment and installation included – with these products your company does not need to purchase any additional equipment and the services wrok with your current telephone system.

Cost and Savings

Why can you save our company money over what we spend today?

We are a wholesale provider and we extend our volume discounts to our customers.  Most companies haven’t analyzed their telephone services for a few years and during this time there have been major industry changes.  We help your company take advantage of those changes.

How much are the installation costs?

Installation charges vary with the carrier, area of installation, and the type of service but most of our carriers waive the installation charges with contracts that are two years or more.  We help you analyze what is best for your company.

Do you have a minimum monthly commitment?

No – we have negotiated very aggressive agreements with all of our carriers and we do not charge minimum monthly fees like most other companies.

Which is cheaper - your traditional offerings or VoIP?

It is totally dependant on your company needs.  A company with many remote offices or remote workers will normally save a lot of money with VoIP.

What are the different long distance billing options?

We offer all of the options.  It is best to call us and we will help your company select the best services for your individual location.  A partial list is unlimited packages for local and long distance in the US, Blended (fixed rate per minute), Tiered pricing for high volume companies, and OCN LATA pricing for wholesale end user applications.
